Lunch and Learn with RBHA's ACT Program Manager

“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
We Are Hiring!!!!!

We are inviting you to attend a virtual Lunch and Learn event with our ACT Team Program Manager on Wednesday April 19, 2023  from 12pm to 1pm.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidence-based practice that improves outcomes for adults with severe mental illness (SMI) who are most at-risk of psychiatric crisis, hospitalization and involvement with the criminal justice system. ACT is one of the oldest and most widely researched evidence-based practices in behavioral healthcare for people with severe mental illness.

ACT uses a multidisciplinary team approach with assertive outreach in the community. The team is comprised of a Manager, Team Lead, SUD Clinician, Vocational Clinician, Clinicians, Nurses, Peer Support Specialist and Administrative Assistant. The consistent, caring, person-centered relationships have a positive effect on outcomes and quality of life for the individuals that we serve. Research shows that ACT reduces hospitalization, increases housing stability, and improves quality of life for people with the most severe symptoms of mental illness.

Please spread the word and the attached flier!!!!
