At Hope House Foundation, we aim to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives. We’re seeking dedicated, energetic and empathetic individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals.  PT pay $15.72-$18.72 per hour.  FT $16.69-$19.69 per hour plus amazing benefits! FT paid 36 days off a year!

Flexible schedules that work with students. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will be crucial in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living activities, promote their independence, and ensure their safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:** Previous experience in direct care or support roles is advantageous but optional; we provide comprehensive training.
Compassion:** A genuine desire to support and improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Flexibility:** Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Stamina:** Ability to perform physical tasks associated with support, including transferring.

Training:** Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
