We are currently hiring for Jail Officers. 

Starting pay is $43,000 with a 4.5% raise in your first year of employment after succesfully completing DCJS Academy. 

We are also due for a 5% raise in July.*

Jail Officer: 

Successful candidates will provide entry-level security within the jail and provide direct supervision over offenders, as well as working numerous posts throughout the institution.
