A construction career fair will be held on Friday, November 15 from 10 am to 12 noon at the Original Mt. Vernon High School construction site, 8333 Richmond Highway, Alexandra, VA. We're recruiting local residents to work with subcontractors for the redevelopment of the original high school. Meet in the old gym and hear from subcontractors, apprenticeship training centers and labor agencies about construction training and employment opportunities. Skilled and unskilled positions are available in the mechanical, HVAC, drywall, electrical, finish trades, and more.
