The REACH program is located in Chester, VA and supports youth and adults with an intellectual disability and/or developmental disability, as well as a mental health condition or challenging behavior that is negatively affecting their quality of life.

RBHA is seeking skilled professionals of all levels to join our REACH team. We are looking for motivated, caring, and dynamic professionals who want to make an immediate impact in our community by providing quality human services.

REACH is currently Hiring for the following positions:
•Crisis Therapeutic Home Direct Support Professional
•REACH Technicians/QMHP- A and -Cs
•Registered Nurses (Full-Time and PRN)
•Licensed Mental Health Professionals
•Crisis Clinicians
•Coordinators/Prevention Clinicians

We have opportunities for you, if you meet or exceed one of the minimum qualifications listed below:
•High school diploma and 2 years of experience
•Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of experience
•QMHP-A/QMHP-C
•Master’s degree and 1 one year of experience
•Current Virginia license as an LPC, LCP, LCSW, or LMFT or are license eligible
•Experience with crisis prevention and intervention services
•Must have a valid driver’s license
