Event Instructions

• This (930am-1pm) Event is called Careers in Motion: Call Center with a (930-1030am) Information Session for those interested in Workforce Development with the City of Richmond Career Advisors, a (1045-1145am) Careers in Call Center Session with a Call Center Subject Matter Expert from T-Mobile and a (12-1pm) Recruitment Event with T-Mobile, (12-1pm) Recruitment Event with Teleperformance and (12-1pm) Recruitment Event with The Results Companies.

The Careers in Motion: Call Center will be:

• (930-1030am) Information Session with the City of Richmond Career Advisors, Discussing a No Cost to Participant to Address Roadblocks to Finding Employment while gaining Job Readiness and Occupational Skills.
• (1045-1145am) Careers in Call Center Event with T-Mobile including Call Center Labor Market Information for Job Descriptions and Job Titles in the Call Center field.
• (12-1pm) Recruitment Event with T-Mobile for Job Opportunities for Customer Service Associate Experts.
• (12-1pm) Recruitment Event with Teleperformance for Job Opportunities for Customer Service Reps and Licensed Personal Line Insurance Reps.
• (12-1pm) Recruitment Event with The Results Companies for Job Opportunities for Customer Service Representatives, Licensed Agent Trainees, Manager of Operations, Regional Manager Sales Representatives, Seasonal Licensed Agents, Supervisors and Trainers.
