Synergy Installations Solutions is a commercial office furniture & architectural wall installation company.

Depending on your level of knowledge, we pay our installers between $14 - $18 an hour. We start hiring at age 18 and up for installers, and 21 and up for drivers with a minimum of 3 years with a qualifying driver’s license.

We are currently looking for Installers and Drivers

Installer Summary:  This is an entry level position with a 90 day probationary period to learn and follow company procedures relating to all aspects of furniture installation including: installation & removal of office cubicles as well as other architectural products. Our installers use hand tools such as cordless drills, sockets, levels, miter saws, laser level, ect. Tool requirements will be discussed during the interview process.

Driver Summary: A driver is responsible for driving our vans and box trucks to and from job sites. This has a 30 day probationary period after a succesful DOT physical where you will drive with one of our experienced drivers to show an understanding of company procedures and safe driving habits. You may be asked to help unload/load deliveries as well as assist the installers on site. This can be discussed during the interview process.

• Follow ALL safety regulations and use necessary judgment to prevent injuries to self and others, and avoid damaging building properties or furniture product.
• Work within a team environment to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
• Complete any reasonable task as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
• Project a positive image of SYNERGY through appearance standards and personal actions to clients and other crew members. 
• Be punctual and dependable.

Advancement opportunities:

• After a succesful 90 day review, there are three levels of installers – Installer 1, Installer 2, and Installer 3.
• Becoming an Installer 3 guarantees 40 hrs a week.
• Becoming a Supervisor also guarantees 40 hrs a week plus a bonus opportunity on jobs run.

Qualification Standards:

• Schedule availability must be flexible for any time including early morning, late night, weekends, and overnight travel.
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and understand maps and driving directions.
• Ability to accurately follow oral and written directions and instructions.
• Stands, bends, stoops, kneels, and reaches above head during entire shift.
• Lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and moves up to 50 pounds constantly throughout the day.
• Works in and during all weather including heat, cold, wind, rain, and snow.
